New ICC Intellectual Property Roadmap 2020

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has just published a new edition of its Intellectual Property (IP) Roadmap for 2020 on IP issues.  

This comprehensive guide benefits from the expertise of more than 100 IP experts by providing key developments for business managers, and the current state of policy debates for policymakers.

The current issue, provides an overview on the case of well-known marks in Latin America, the negotiations between EU and Mexico in regards to Geographical Indications,the inclusion of Mexico as a member of the Hague Agreement, or the latest state of the EU-Mercosur Trade Agreement, among other IP topics relevant to the Latin American region.
