To further enhance our services, the EU Commission is conducting a survey about the International IP Helpdesks, and we would greatly appreciate your feedback. Your insights will help us better serve EU SMEs looking to expand globally.
For over 20 years, the International IP Helpdesks have provided essential support to European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) entering markets outside the EU. Our services include helplines, training programs, online tools, and publications, all designed to help businesses build and strengthen their intellectual property strategies.
This consultation aims to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the Helpdesks in regions such as China, South-East Asia, Latin America, and India. It will also explore ways to improve our services, including suggestions on optimal geographical coverage and organizational structures.
The survey is available in English, but you may respond in any official EU language. We encourage you to answer in English if possible, as it will help streamline the analysis process.
The consultation is open from 20 January to 11 April 2025, 17:00 CEST. Your participation will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of EU SMEs.
