WIPO publishes a Case Study about a Peruvian startup (World IP Day)

WIPO has just published a Case Study about a Peruvian startup using drone and sensing technology to tackle air pollution in Peru, including that associated with the country’s mining operations.

The Peruvian company qAIRa, registered their technology as utility Models at the Peruvian IP Office (INDECOPI). Quoting qAIRa: "IP rights allow us to add value to our technology and support the growth of our business.”

On the occasion of the World IP Day, which will take place on 26 April 2020, WIPO is publishing Case Studies with the theme "Green Future", and is also asking for submissions for new Case Studies to be published under the hashtag #worldipday.
