New EUIPO's Trade mark focus Report

EUIPO has just published a new report on the evolution of demand for EU trade marks (EUTMs) from 2010-2019.

This report is a striking illustration of the value to this IP right in the modern economy. It also shows the varied changes that have taken place over this last decade.

If you ar an EU SME, EUIPO stresses the scale of the challenge in encouraging the EU SMEs to make more effective use of their IP rights. EUIPO highlights the important role of EU SMEs when adressing specific requirements that need to be addressed to them.
