INPI Brazil and EPO renew their PPH Pilot Program

The European Patent Office (EPO) and INPI Brazil have signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on an Enhanced Technical and Strategic Partnership. During this event both offices also signed a MoU to renew their Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot program.

This PPH Project allows users to take advantage of an effective reduction in patent pendency, by shortening the examination process.
