INAPI Chile joins the Global PPH Patent Program

The Chilean Instituto Nacional de Propiedad Industrial (INAPI) has just become a member of the Global PPH Patent Program (GPPH).

This July 2020, INAPI joined the network with the rest of the 26 members (including Colombia and Peru) of the Global PPH network. This pilot program allows applicants to benefit from an accelerated patent examination, by request, among the 27 participating offices of the GPPH.

INAPI has also made available to users, Guidelines to the Procedures to file a request to the INAPI (the National Institute of Industrial Property of Chile) for Patent Prosecution Highway Pilot Program. (Link)
