Argentina, Brazil and Chile are leading innovation in Latin America

Bloomberg has just published its annual Bloomberg Innovation Index for the year 2020. This Index analyzes dozens of criteria using seven metrics, including research and development spending, manufacturing capability and concentration of high-tech public companies.

As to the Latin American countries, Argentina (45), Brazil (46) and Chile (54) are in the lead of innovation in this Region. Argentina has moved up 5 places in the Index, while Chile has moved up 7.
